Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead commercial delivery on major RC Frame, groundworks and civil projects across London. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client needs. You’ll drive safety, buildability reviews, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track. This role offers impact through shaping delivery for landmark schemes in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities - Plan and manage safe project delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure detailed programmes for each stage.
- Oversee day-to-day management of consultants and ensure material readiness and adherence to site work ethics.
- Maintain strong client and third-party relationships to minimise delays and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure completed works are signed off and ready for follow-on trades.
- Coordinate with estimators, buyers and commercial managers to secure timely materials in adequate quantities.
- Identify potential dispute or cost risks and take appropriate action.
- Record activities outside the scope of works and contribute to detailed costed scopes with the cost team.
- Plan works to maintain a safe system of work tailored to each project.
- Interrogate design for buildability and propose improvement opportunities.
- Balance client requirements with broader company targets and coordinate visits to potential new clients.
